Please ensure that the each competitor keeps their same number for each of the 4 matches

Declaration sheets have been emailed to each club with a list of athletes and numbers declared for matches 1, 2 &3 ready to use for match 4.  PLEASE will team managers use these sheets, it will save a great deal of time on match day, otherwise we have to check every athlete to see if they have been declared previously.  If there is not enough room on the sheet I have emailed for all of your new athletes then please use this declaration sheet for NEW competitors only.  

Declaration amendment sheets for use after the declaration has been handed in at a match.  These will be available at the match.
