Welfare
Whilst we hope that all members of the club have a positive experience with us, our Club Welfare Officers are trained and trusted individuals who you can speak to about a concern, either within or outside of athletics. A Welfare Officer has the right training, skills and knowledge to manage any concern raised in an appropriate way. Our Welfare Officers have completed the England Athletics safeguarding and Welfare Officer training. Our policies and codes of conduct are also in place to ensure that all members have a positive experience in the club.
